Samba Brazilian Steakhouse
Thinly sliced chicken breast with grilled onions and melted cheese on a toasted sub roll. Served grilled or blackened to your liking. Mahi mahi, broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, red skin potatoes, lemon, bell peppers and onions marinated in a white wine sauce with a hint of Tabasco. Steamed and served in a foil bag. Our world famous zingers tossed in your choice of sauce over fresh greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
These have been part of their menu for 30 years. Zingers are basically long, hand-breaded chicken tenders that are dipped in buttermilk. You can choose from four different sauces with varying kinds of spiciness. Aside from the standalone Zingers, the menu also has creative dishes that incorporate Zingers, such as Zingers Mac & Cheese and Zingers Salad. 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream or one of each.
Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse
Shrimp, sausage, chicken, red and green peppers, onions, green onions and tomatoes sauteed with Cajun seasonings and rice.
